Return Policy



All merchandise is new first quality and completely guaranteed against material or workmanship defects.

Claims

  • To report a damaged shipment, defective garment or garments shipped in error please call Customer Service at 1-866-727-6567 or Submit a Ticket.
  • A Call Tag will be issued at our expense to pickup any defective merchandise or merchandise shipped in error and a re-shipment will be made in a timely manner (if necessary) at our expense.
  • Please inspect your merchandise when you receive it before printing. All claims for shortages, damages, etc. must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
  • Defective merchandise must have tape placed over the flaw before returning.


Our goal is your complete satisfaction but occasionally, you may need to make a return. Premium Brands may only be returned if shipped in error, defective. or damaged in shipment. See below for more information.


Returns

  • Submit a Ticket to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and proper return warehouse address.
  • Write your RA number on your invoice or packing slip and enclose a copy in the return carton.
  • Write your RA number clearly on the outside of your carton.
  • Certain brands may issue a call tag for return shipments at no cost to you, all others must be prepaid.



Important

  • No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • We cannot accept returns on decorated or washed garments under any circumstances. Altered or embellished garments, excluding irregulars, are not returnable.
  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify the accuracy of style, color, size and quantity on orders shipped to parties other than the buyer prior to decorating.
  • No goods will be accepted for return after 30 days from the date of invoice for most brands. For all others, see their specific policy below.
  • Returns due to customer error may be subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the quantity and nature of the products. The minimum restocking fee is $10.00.
  • All refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to shipping charges.
  • Returns on Orders that split shipped will require multiple RA #'s and will require multiple shipments to multiple warehouses.
  • Discontinued or close-out items are not returnable.
  • Please place a New Order for Exchanges.


Eagle Dry Goods Returns

  • Return Authorizations must be requested within 15 Days of receipt of goods.
  • A minimum $10 restocking fee and max 20% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges will be charged on all returned or refused orders (except damaged or defective goods).


Nike Golf & Pro Celebrity Returns

  • Nike, OGIO & Pro Celebrity will only accept Returns for garments which were shipped defective, damaged in shipment or shipped in error.
  • All claims for shortages, damages, etc., must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise and require a return authorization number.
  • Return Authorizations must be requested within 15 Days of shipment.
  • All replacement orders will be shipped using Ground Service.
  • Please mark the placement of any flaws in our merchandise with tape.
  • All sales are final on these products unless noted above. Samples and discontinued styles are Non-Refundable.
  • All returns of cased products, if due to customer error, will be charged a minimum $20 restocking fee or max 25% restocking fee by the warehouse in most instances
  • All refused shipments will be charged a $20 restocking fee.
