Returns are accepted if returned with a valid Return Authorization (RA#) to the warehouse of origin within 30 Days of the ship date. Please click here to request a Return Authorization or click "RETURNS" on the left hand menu of our website. |

| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? | |
| Most all orders placed by Noon CST ship Same Day. We usually can ship all orders placed by 3PM CST the same day. Same Day Shipping is NOT guaranteed. Most all Premium Brands are excluded from same day shipping and will ship within 1-3 Business Days as noted on each product page. Tracking information is provided upon request and is usually posted within 24-48 hours of the request. Some manufacturers may take longer to respond. Once posted you will be able to track your Orders by logging into your Account. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. |
