Do I have to pay sales tax?
	If you reside outside of California, Florida, Missouri or Texas you do not pay Sales Tax. If you reside in the State of California, Florida, Missouri or Texas you must pay Sales Tax. If you are a reseller in Texas, California or Missouri you can email or Submit a Ticket with your Tax Exemption Certificate ( CA / FL / MO / TX ) and taxes will be removed from your order.
I have a question on my charges.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
	Click the MY ACCOUNT link at the top right hand side of our site to print out a copy of your orders invoice.
When will my credit appear on my account?
	Credits are issued once the merchandise has been returned to our warehouse and has been inspected, approved and processed.  Please allow up to 2 Billing Cycles from receipt of returned apparel for a credit to be issued.
